Investment company improves customer relationships with a new CRM solution

Nordic Bloom is a Danish investment company that facilitates investments in American venture funds. the company is experiencing a significant influx of customers and interest from potential new clients.

The challenge

To manage this growth, the company needed a more structured approach and a platform to help track and follow up on potential new clients. They also wanted all customer information centralized in one place.

Previously, activities and follow-ups on new leads were documented across multiple sources—spreadsheets, Outlook, notebooks, and other tools. This made it difficult for Nordic Bloom's team to maintain an overview, track past interactions, determine the best timing for follow-ups, and assign responsibilities.

The solution

All customer data in one place

Nordic Bloom chose to invest in a new CRM solution based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, designed to consolidate customer-related information and support the customer journey from lead to investor.

Built-in secure data management

As a licensed asset manager, Nordic Bloom must comply with strict governance policies under the supervision of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.

The solution is tailored to support secure data management and ensures compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, including proper documentation requests from customers.

We chose the Microsoft platform because of its intuitive user interface, flexibility, and integration within a larger ecosystem.

The result

Today, all customer-facing employees at Nordic Bloom have a clear overview of their relationships with potential investors. Everyone can access relevant data, such as the last time a lead was contacted.

This streamlined information flow provides a better understanding of each lead’s status, their position in the customer journey, and allows for timely and personalized responses - fostering stronger relationships with potential investors.

The account manager controls the communication and can follow up without appearing intrusive.

We have significantly improved our customer activity tracking. now, the entire team - not just one person - has access to historical data and relevant information. this brings greater visibility, smoother processes, and makes follow-ups easier. in short, everything is now well-organized.
